About the Event
Join Mama’s Cellar for an intimate and empowering afternoon of movement, self-expression, and creativity as we reconnect with our bodies through sensual yoga and collaborative body art.
We’ll begin with a guided sensual yoga session lead by the amazing Leanna Perdue (@lp_yogi) designed to help you slow down, stretch, breathe, and cultivate a deeper connection with your body.
Through mindful movement, you’ll be encouraged to honor your curves, strength, softness, and individuality in a supportive, women-centered environment.
After yoga, we’ll transition into a playful body painting and stamping experience. Using acrylic paint, participants can paint themselves or invite a friend or partner to help create unique body impressions on canvas. Choose any body part you’d like to memorialize—from hands and feet to shoulders, hips, backs, or other meaningful forms—and transform your body into a living paintbrush. Together, we’ll create beautiful, one-of-a-kind artwork that celebrates the body as both muse and medium.
This workshop is about self-love, creative freedom, and embracing the beauty of our bodies exactly as they are!
